: Punarnava is traditionally used to maintain efficient kidney and urinary system. It has great anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps manage stomach disorders like constipation by promoting bowel movements due to its laxative property. HOW TO MAKE: Boil 2-3g Killi Punarnava powder to 150ml of water and leave for 3–5 minutes. Filter and serve hot or cold. Sweeten with honey if required.
